By accessing or using the BeGlam Med Spa website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

BeGlam Med Spa ("BeGlam," "we," "us," or "our") provides aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including but not limited to facials, dermaplaning, microneedling (Dermapen), chemical peels, PRP therapy, CO₂ carboxy therapy, and body sculpting services at our location at 972 E Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744.

All treatments are performed by licensed professionals. Results may vary from person to person. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website or by calling us at (407) 517-8805. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow other clients the opportunity to book. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Package pricing (such as body sculpting programs) must be paid in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Consent & Health Disclosure

Prior to receiving certain treatments, you may be required to complete a consent form and health questionnaire. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and health history. Failure to disclose accurate health information may affect treatment safety and results.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have specific medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a treatment may not be safe or appropriate for you.

7. Assumption of Risk

All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks including but not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, irritation, allergic reaction, or other side effects. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. BeGlam Med Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results. We recommend following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of BeGlam Med Spa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeGlam Med Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
